摘要
通过对现有常用电火花线切割机床水箱的结构性能的分析,结合自己的加工实践经验,提出一种新式的优化设计方案,文中对新旧两种水箱的结构性能优缺点进行了对比,并经过实践证明,新式水箱在对杂质的过滤效果、延长工作液的使用寿命、降低每次更换切削液的劳动强度等方面具有较为显著的优势。
Based on the analysis of the structure and performance of the water tank of the existing WEDM machine tool,and combined with the practical experience of its own processing,a new optimal design scheme is proposed.The advantages and disadvantages of the new and old water tanks are compared. The practice shows that the new water tank can filter the impurities,prolong the service life of the working fluid,and reduce the change every time The labor intensity of changing cutting fluid has obvious advantages.
