摘要 国内某风场风电机组并网运行至今,其机架与主轴连接螺栓多次出现断裂情况,对风电场带来巨大经济损失。从螺栓质量、螺栓设计选型、螺栓安装预紧力等方面入手,采用螺栓质量检测、仿真计算、现场螺栓轴力测试等手段完成螺栓断裂原因分析,最终确定螺栓断裂主要原因是由于螺栓设计选型考虑因素不全及螺栓预紧力不足导致,并给出了改进意见。 Since a domestic wind farm wind turbine has been connected to the grid,the connecting bolts between the frame and the main shaft have broken many times,causing huge economic losses to the wind farm. The article starts from the aspects of bolt quality,bolt design and selection,bolt installation pre-tightening force,etc.,the bolt quality inspection,simulation calculation,field bolt axial force test and other means are used to complete the analysis of bolt fracture causes. Finally,it is determined that the main reason for bolt fracture is due to incomplete consideration of bolt design and type selection and insufficient bolt pre tightening force,suggestions for improvement are given.
