摘要 汽油发动机怠速抖动是汽车发动机一种常见的故障,汽车维修企业人员在进行故障诊断维修时常使用数字式万用表、汽车试灯、故障诊断仪和汽车示波器等检测设备。汽车进气系统、点火系统、燃油系统任何一个系统出现问题都可能造成汽车怠速抖动的故障。本论文主要以点火系统故障为例,阐述了点火系统的发展过程和电子点火系统的工作过程,以丰田卡罗拉轿车发动机怠速抖动为例进行故障诊断技术分析,最终对故障诊断流程进行了标准化说明。 Idling jitter of gasoline engine is a common fault of automobile engine. The personnel of automobile maintenance enterprises often use digital multimeter,automobile test lamp,fault diagnosis instrument,automobile oscilloscope and other detection equipment in fault diagnosis and maintenance. The problem of any system of the air intake system,ignition system and fuel system may cause the vehicle idling jitter. In this paper,the development process of ignition system and the working process of electronic ignition system are described,the engine idle jitter of Toyota Corolla car is taken as an example to analyze the fault diagnosis technology,and finally the fault diagnosis process is standardized.
