摘要
轮毂轴承是汽车重要零部件,轴承要求精度高,其中游隙是轮毂轴承的重要参数,合理的游隙可以有效提高轮毂轴承工作寿命。本文以轴承游隙为切入点,重点分析游隙与预紧力的线性关系,通过试验验证扭矩与游隙的变化值,并举例解析轮毂轴承游隙的设计原理。
Hub bearing is an important part of automobile-which requires high precision-and the clearance is an important parameter of hub bearing.Reasonable clearance can effectively improve the working life of hub bearing.In this paper,the bearing clearance as a starting point,focusing on the analysis of the linear relationship between the clearance and the preload,through the experiment to verify the change value of torque and clearance,and an example to analyze the design principle of hub bearing clearance.
