This paper shares a kind of cast iron cylinder boring tool,and analyzes the structure and processing principle of the tool in more detail.The tool can finish the rough machining process of the motor hole of the cast iron cylinder body of the engine,and its unique blade installation method can solve the problems of abnormal blade stress and poor machining stability in the boring process.Meanwhile-the application of high-speed cutting materials can also improve the service life of the boring tool and the boring machining efficiency.
