Analysis and Suggestion on the Dynamic Changes of Consumer Economy Under COVID-19 Epidemic

针对新冠肺炎疫情对居民消费产生的影响,阐释了疫情下居民消费动态变化的特征、需求,以及恢复生产生活等问题。通过两次问卷调查的方法,收集了家庭收支、购买方式、满意度、在线教育、补偿消费等数据,并对数据进行了统计分析。根据居民消费特征和需求,从历史角度和居民信心角度进行了论证,分析行业面临的新机遇,指出中国经济长期向好趋势不会改变;进而提出促进居民消费、推动经济持续发展,应采取稳定居民收入、增强居民信心、转变治理理念,以及建立长效紧急事件应急体系等措施。

The outbreak of COVID-19 has had a serious impact on residents′consumption.The paper studies the characteristics and demands of residents′consumption dynamic changes.This paper uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the consumption of the national residents.The survey includes and analyses household income and expenditure,purchase mode,satisfaction,online education,and compensation consumption and other aspects.According to the characteristics and demands of residents′consumption in this special period,this paper analyzes the new opportunities of the industry,demonstrates that the long-term trend of China economy will not change after the epidemic from a historical perspective and residents′confidence.Suggestions are made in terms of stabilizing residents′income,enhancing residents′confidence,transforming governance concepts,and establishing a long-term emergency response system.
