摘要
目的分析2020年1月21日-2月28日温州市新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)病例的流行特征,为防控COVID-19疫情提供依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统、突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统和浙江省卫生健康委员会官网收集1月21日-2月28日温州市报告的COVID-19确诊病例和聚集性疫情等资料,对温州市COVID-19确诊病例的人群分布、发病时间、地区、感染来源和发现方式等流行特征进行描述性分析。结果温州市1月21日报告首例(浙江省首例)COVID-19确诊病例,截至2月28日24时累计报告COVID-19确诊病例504例,占浙江省同期的42.86%;死亡1例,为浙江省首例死亡病例,病死率为0.20%。男性268例,女性236例,男女比为1.14∶1;年龄集中在25~64岁,429例占85.12%;商业服务人员居多,150例占29.76%。发病时间集中在1月19日-2月1日,353例占70.04%。2月2日后每日新增发病例数明显减少,2月14日后无新增病例发病。输入病例211例,占41.87%,1月21日达高峰,1月23日后逐渐减少;本地病例293例,占58.13%,发病曲线与输入病例的相似,发病高峰为1月26日,与输入病例发病高峰间隔5 d。病例数最多的地区为乐清市,170例占33.73%。病例感染来源以武汉市为主,343例占68.06%。报告聚集性疫情79起,累计确诊病例330例,占65.48%。自行就诊发现148例,占29.37%。2月13日后基本是集中隔离点或网格排查发现。结论温州市COVID-19疫情前期输入病例较多,主要为武汉市返乡经商人员,发病时间集中在1月19日-2月1日,以聚集性疫情为主,病例数最多的地区为乐清市。
Objective To learn the epidemiological characteristics of coronavirus diseases 2019(COVID-19)cases in Wenzhou reported from January 21 to February 28,2020,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods We collected the data of COVID-19 confirmed cases and clusters through National Diseases Prevention and Control Information System,Public Health Emergency Management Information System and Zhejiang Provincial Health Committee website,and analyzed the epidemic characteristics of COVID-19 in Wenzhou in terms of time,spatial and population distribution,source of infection and case finding routes.Results The first confirmed case of COVID-19 in Wenzhou was reported on January 21.By February 28,there were 504 confirmed cases,accounting for 42.86%of the total number in Zhejiang Province in the same period.One case died,as the first death in Zhejiang Province,with a fatality rate of 0.20%.Among 504 cases,the male(268 cases)to female(236 cases)ratio was 1.14∶1;429 cases aged between 25 and 64 years old,accounting for 85.12%;150 cases were engaged in business,accounting for 29.76%.Approximately 70.04%of cases had the first symptoms during January 19 and February 1.The number of new cases declined significantly after February 2,and there were no new cases onset after February 14.Totally 211(41.87%)cases were imported,peaked on January 21 and decreased after January 23;293(58.13%)cases were local,peaked on January 26,with an incidence curve similar to that of imported cases(5-day lag of peak time).Among 13 counties,the largest number of confirmed cases were Yueqing reported the most cases,accounting for 33.73%(170 cases).The main source of infection was Wuhan,accounting for 68.06%(343 cases).There were 79 clusters,with 330 cases reported(65.48%).About 29.37%(148 cases)of the cases were found after they sought a doctor,and the cases confirmed after February 13 were found during isolation or by grid screening.Conclusions In the early stage,the COVID-19 cases in Wenzhou were mainly businessmen back from Wuhan.Yueqing reported the largest number of cases and were mainly cluster epidemic.The current prevention and control measures have achieved remarkable results and the epidemic of COVID-19 in Wenzhou has been initially controlled.
