高校大学生创造力对创业意愿的影响研究

Study of Influence of University Students' Creativity on Their Entrepreneurship Intention

以温州4所本科高校的605名在校生为研究对象,主要探讨大学生创造力、创业自我效能感、创业态度、感知控制以及主观规范对其创业意愿的影响。采用问卷调查的方式获取数据,应用Spss20.0对数据进行描述性分析和探索性分析,应用Amos22.0对数据进行验证性因子分析,最终得出创造力对创业意愿有显著性影响,创业自我效能感对感知行为控制有显著性影响,感知行为控制、主观规范及创业态度对创业意愿有显著影响,因此创业教育应该关注对学生创造力的培养,并增强其自身创业效能感,在提高其创业意愿的同时,也提升创业质量。

This study selected 605 students from four colleges and universities in Wenzhou as the research objects.The main purpose of this study was to explore the influence of creativity,self-efficacy,attitude,control and subjective norms on their willingness to start a business.In this study,questionnaire survey was used to obtain data,SPSS 20.0 was used to conduct descriptive analysis and exploratory analysis of data,Amos 22.0 was used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis of data,and finally it was concluded that creativity has a significant impact on entrepreneurial willingness,entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant impact on perceived behavior control,and perceived behavior control,subjective norms and entrepreneurial attitude have a significant impact on entrepreneurship willingness has a significant impact,so the entrepreneurship education should pay attention to the cultivation of students'creativity,and enhance their own entrepreneurial efficacy,while improving their entrepreneurial willingness,and improve their entrepreneurial quality as well.
