Management Innovation of National Key Special Program under New Research and Development Concept:Taking Strategic Advanced Electronic Materials Key Project of National Key Research and Development Program as an Example

以国家重点研发计划"战略性先进电子材料"重点专项为例,总结介绍在"全链条设计,一体化部署"研发理念下,国家重点专项的组织管理现状,指出项目实施方面存在的需要完善的问题。在此基础上,有针对性的提出提高国家重点专项科技创新效率和项目任务完成质量的建议。

This paper summarizes the current state of the organization and management of"Strategic Advanced Electronic Materials"key research projects of the National Key Research and Development Program under the"Full Chain Design,Integrated Deployment"research concept,and points out the problems that need to be improved in the implementation of the project.As a result,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the efficiency of technological innovation and quality of the project completion.
