摘要
介绍一个新型的分析化学设计实验,包含实验设计、样品测定及结果讨论等内容,需要18学时完成。本设计实验主要是依据锌及其化合物在化学性质上的差异,采用氧化还原滴定法和络合滴定法分别测定工业锌粉中金属锌和全锌的含量。通过本实验可使学生了解科学探索的过程,加强对锌及其化合物化学性质的认识,并使其掌握氧化还原滴定法和络合滴定法的实验原理和应用条件。氧化还原滴定和络合滴定是国家标准《GB/T6890-2012》测定锌粉中金属锌和全锌含量的方法,通过该实验可使学生进一步了解滴定分析法在工业生产中的应用。
This paper introduces a new design experiment of analytical chemistry, including experiment design, sample determination and result discussion, which needs 18 class hours to complete. Based on the difference of chemical properties of zinc and its compounds, the content of metallic zinc and total zinc in industrial zinc powder are determined by redox titration and complexometric titration respectively. Through this experiment, students can understand the process of scientific exploration, deepen their understanding of the chemical properties of zinc and its compounds and understand well the experimental principle and application conditions of redox titration and complexometric titration. Redox titration and complexometric titration are the methods for the determination of metallic zinc and total zinc in zinc powder according to the national standard "GB/T 6890-2012". Through this experiment, students can further understand the application of titration analysis in industrial production.
