摘要
为避免生物实验室废弃活细胞对实验室以及环境的污染,通过CCK-8实验观察梯度有效氯含量的84溶液对生物实验室常用的肿瘤细胞的杀伤能力,探究出一种生物实验室废弃细胞灭活及细胞室改良消毒方法。结果表明:在786-0细胞株中,84溶液对肿瘤细胞最佳杀伤力的时间和有效氯浓度为1 min、100 mg/L (P <0.05);不同肿瘤细胞证实了实验结果(P<0.05)。此方法对细胞的杀灭作用最为明显且稳定,可作为一种生物实验室废弃细胞灭活以及细胞室改良消毒方法应用于日常实验中。
In order to avoid the pollution of biological laboratory waste cells to laboratory and environment, the CCK-8 experiment is used to observe the killing ability of 84 solution with gradient effective chlorine content to tumor cells commonly used in biological laboratory, and a new method of biological laboratory waste cells inactivation and cell chamber improvement disinfection is explored. The results show that in the 786-0 cell lines, the optimal time and effective chlorine concentration of 84 solution for tumor cells are 1 min and 100 mg/L(P< 0.05), and the different tumor cells confirm the experimental results(P<0.05). This method has the most obvious and stable killing effect on cells for 1 min. It can be used in daily experiments as a new method of inactivation of waste cells in biological laboratories and an improved disinfection method in cell room.
