摘要
针对高校机械专业机械原理和机械设计课程内容抽象、枯燥难学,学生缺乏学习兴趣及灵活应用能力的问题,从闲置设备插齿原理机入手,挖掘蕴含的课程知识点与应用,提炼实验素材,进行四项改进,开发机械设计基础综合实验,将理论知识综合应用于工程实践,配合课程教学。结果表明,改进后的插齿原理机满足实验教学要求,所开实验理论与实践相结合,使抽象枯燥的课程在实验教学中生动起来,激发了学生学习兴趣和主动性,培养了学生研究性学习和解决实际工程问题能力。
In view of the problems that the contents of mechanical principles and mechanical design courses for mechanical majors in colleges and universities are abstract, boring and hard to learn, and the students lack learning interest and flexible application ability, the four improvements are carried out and comprehensive experiment of basic mechanical design is developed by making use of the idle equipment of the gear shaper prototype, excavating the knowledge points and applications contained in the course and extracting the experimental materials. The theoretical knowledge is comprehensively applied to engineering practice and is combined with course teaching. The results show that the improved gear shaper prototype meets the requirements of experimental teaching. The combination of experimental theory with practice makes the abstract and boring course active in experimental teaching, arouses students’ interest and initiative in learning, and cultivates their ability for research-based learning and solving practical engineering problems.
