摘要 旋转机械如风力发电装备、水泵等广泛使用联轴器作为联接装置。但由于载荷波动大、工作环境恶劣等原因,不对中故障频发,因此设计了适用于实验研究的旋转机械不对中故障模拟实验平台。该平台由电机、联轴器、变频器、磁粉制动器等构成,采用激光对中仪测量不对中量,并通过NI CRIO采集振动信号,分析故障特征。该平台丰富了测试技术、机械故障诊断实验台等内容,为学生应用测试技术、分析机械故障创造了实验条件,提高了学生的实践能力。 Rotating machinery such as the wind turbine and water pump widely adopt couplings as coupling devices. However, due to large fluctuations in load and poor working environment, misalignment faults occur frequently. Therefore, a misalignment fault simulation test bench suitable for experimental research and exploration is designed. The test bench is composed of a motor, coupling, frequency converter, magnetic powder brake, etc., and the laser alignment device is used to measure the misalignment, and the vibration signal is collected by the NI CRIO to analyze the fault characteristics. This experimental platform enriches the content of test technology and mechanical fault diagnosis experimental platform, creates experimental conditions for students to apply test technology and analyze mechanical faults and improves students’ practical ability.
