摘要
建设高水平大学离不开高水平、专业化和务实型的实验技术队伍。该文以浙江省属本科院校为例,通过调查提出高校实验技术队伍的主要问题是多重"不协调"的问题。从转变观念、制定规划、完善配置、培训提升和绩效评价等方面给出解决问题的方案,推动实验技术队伍的可持续发展。
The construction of a high-level university is inseparable from high-level, professional and pragmatic experimental technical team. By taking Zhejiang provincial universities as an example and through the investigation, this paper points out that the main problem of experimental technical teams in universities is multiple "uncoordinated" problems. In order to promote the sustainable development of the experimental technical team, solutions are provided from the aspects of changing concept, planning, improving configuration, training and performance evaluation.
