摘要
针对目前油井能量互馈节能生产系统(RPESPS)中各抽油机下冲程产生的倒发电导致公共直流母线电压泵升损坏电气设备,以及多电机运行容易出现负载波动等问题。在此以TMS320F28335为控制器核心,设计并开发了适用于油井RPESPS的整流装置。基于模糊自适应比例积分(PI)控制的电压外环,非线性解耦的双闭环直接电流内环控制策略,设计匹配的硬件电路,完成了数字信号处理器(DSP)控制算法及底层驱动程序的开发,并模拟油井载荷工况进行了试验测试与性能分析。结果表明,开发的整流装置相比于油田使用的传统二极管整流装置,可实现交流侧电流正弦化且功率因数近似为1、负载突变时直流电压稳定、倒发电时能量可回馈电网等功能,为油田节能生产的实施奠定了技术基础。
In view of the current reverse power generation caused by the downstroke of each pumping unit in the oil well reciprocal power-fed energy saving production system(RPESPS),the common direct current bus voltage pump rises and damages the electrical equipment,and the multi-motor operation is prone to load fluctuations and the like.The TMS320 F28335 is used as controller core to design and develop a rectifier device suitable for oil well RPESPS.Based on fuzzy adaptive proportional integral(PI)control,voltage outer loop,nonlinear decoupling double closed loop direct current inner loop control strategy,design matching hardware circuit,complete digital signal processor(DSP)control algorithm and underlying driver development,and simulate oil well load conditions test and performance analysis.The results show that compared with the traditional diode rectifier,the developed rectifier device can control the sinusoidal current of alternating current side and the power factor is approximately 1,the direct current voltage is stable when the load is large mutation,and the energy can be fed back to the power grid when the power is reversed.The device can also be applied to other group control frequency conversion power supply systems,which lays a technical foundation for the implementation of energy saving production of group control system.
