柴油发电机余热利用制冷系统设计及性能分析

摘要 为了满足海岛对能源的需求,提高能源的利用率,以某海岛居民区为对象,进行了柴油发电机余热利用制冷系统集成设计及性能分析。基于Matlab/Simulink,运用模块化建模方法,建立了柴油发电机平均值模型,分析了柴油机排气热能。结合容积惯性法,建立了柴油发电机余热利用制冷系统模型,揭示了柴油发电机余热利用制冷系统稳态及动态特性。研究结果表明,柴油发电机余热利用制冷系统的总能量利用系数可达0.813,可为余热回收海岛分布式能源供应系统的设计提供重要的参考。 In order to meet the island's demand for energy and improve the utilization rate of energy,this paper takes the integrated design and performance analysis of diesel generator waste heat utilization refrigeration system for a residential area in the island.Based on Matlab/Simulink,the model of diesel generator average value was established by using modular modeling method.The exhaust energy of diesel engine was analyzed.The model of waste heat utilization system was established by volume inertia method,and the steady state and dynamic characteristics of the system were revealed.It shows that the energy utilization coefficient of diesel generator waste heat driven refrigeration system can reach 0.813,which can provide an important reference for the design of waste heat recovery island distributed energy supply system.
