Optimization of Diesel Engine Performance Parameters Based on Response Surface Design

摘要 为研究柴油机结构参数和运行参数对整机性能的影响,利用MINITAB软件中的响应曲面设计(RSM)对喷油量、喷油提前角、压缩比等3个参数进行了试验方案设计,采用发动机工作过程仿真BOOST软件对试验方案进行了模拟计算,最后根据响应曲面法对计算结果进行了分析。针对柴油机性能优化过程中的目标参数如缸内最高压力、燃油消耗率等进行了优化,结果可作为最优化参数组合。 In order to study the influence of diesel structural parameters and operating parameters on the overall performance,the response surface design(RSM)in the software of MINITAB was used to design the test plan for the three parameters of injection quantity,injection advance angle,and compression ratio.The engine working process simulation BOOST software was used to simulate the test scheme.Finally,the calculation results were analyzed according to the response surface method.The target parameters such as the maximum pressure in the cylinder and the fuel consumption rate in the performance optimization process of the diesel engine were optimized.The results can be used as optimal parameter combinations.
