摘要
以一辆重型客车为研究对象,采用C-WTVC测试循环开展不同掺混比例的乙醇汽油对重型整车排放影响试验研究。分析了乙醇-汽油掺混燃料对重型汽油车综合排放、瞬态排放和各工况排放的影响。结果表明,乙醇-汽油掺混燃料对CO、THC和NOx综合排放均有减排效果,且对CO减排效果最为明显。在C-WTVC循环各工况,乙醇汽油均使CO排放下降,且随乙醇掺混比例的增加,CO排放下降趋势更加明显。在冷起动循环市区工况,THC排放下降最为显著,E20对THC减排50%,E40对THC减排75%左右;在市区工况,乙醇汽油具有降低NOx排放的效果;在高速工况,随着乙醇掺混比例的增加,NOx排放增加。
A heavy duty passenger vehicle is used as the research object,and the C-WTVC test cycle is used to carry out the experimental study on vehicle emissions using different proportions ethanol-gasoline fuel.The effects of blended fuels on the comprehension emissions,transient emissions and emissions from various stages of test cycle are analyzed.The results show that,(1)the ethanol-gasoline blended fuel has a reducing effect on CO,THC and NOx emissions,especially for CO emission;(2)At the different stages of C-WTVC cycle,ethanol-gasoline blended fuel can reduce CO emissions,and the trend will be more obvious with the increase of the blending ratio.Under the urban stage of cold cycle,the decline trending is significant,and the E20 emission reduction is 50%,E40 emission reduction is about 75%;for NOx emissions,in the urban stage,ethanol-gasoline has the effect of reducing emissions,and in the high-speed phase,NOx emissions increase as the proportion of ethanol blending increases.
