体育公费师范生学科教学知识(PCK)实践困境与提升路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,从体育学科内容知识、学生的知识、教学策略知识、教学评价知识、教学目标知识和体育教学安全教学环境知识六大要素进行分析,得出体育公费师范生在初入职的教学实践中易出现:体育学科内容知识不能完全有效掌握、对学生知识的熟练程度亟待提高、体育教学策略知识难以灵活运用、体育教学评价知识储备单一化、体育教学目标设置较传统、体育安全教学环境组织经验匮乏的困境。提出在高校应优化课程结构、完善教学策略知识、构建多元化评价体系、健全教育实践制度等提升体育公费师范生学科教学知识(PCK)的培养路径。 This paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,analyzes from the aspects of sports pedagogical content knowledge,student knowledge,teaching strategy knowledge,teaching evaluation knowledge,teaching aim knowledge and physical education teaching safety environment knowledge,and concludes the problems of state-financed sports normal university students in the teaching practice.The content of PE course knowledge can’t be completely grasped.It is of great importance to improve the proficiency of student knowledge.Physical education teaching strategy knowledge is difficult to apply.Physical education teaching evaluation knowledge is simplified.Sports teaching aim setting is too traditional.And sports safety teaching environment organization experience is insufficient.It is suggested that we should optimize the course structure,perfect the teaching strategy knowledge,construct diversified evaluation system,perfect educational practice system to improve the training of PCK of the state-financednormal university students.
