体育锻炼促进COVID-19防治的理论研究及其启示

Theoretical study on the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by physical exercise and its implications

新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎(COVID-19)对人类健康和生命安全构成了巨大威胁,给中国及世界公共卫生防控带来严峻挑战。通过以武汉方舱医院的体育锻炼为切入点,采用专家访谈法和文献资料法,从生理学、心理学和运动医学三方面对体育锻炼促进COVID-19防治的理论基础和作用进行讨论。结果表明:适宜的体育锻炼在增强患者呼吸功能,改善抑郁、焦虑和恐慌等不良心理症状方面具有良好作用;体育锻炼还具有提高患者免疫力和促进身体机能恢复的功效。积极推广方舱医院体育锻炼模式,制定轻症患者及群众体育锻炼指导手册,对于促进我国社区体育和居家体育发展、推动体育与医疗融合、保障开学后学校体育活动的开展及延伸中国体育文化等提供诸多启示。

Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)poses a huge threat to human health and life safety,and poses huge challenges to public health prevention and control in China and the world at large.Taking the physical exercise in Wuhan square cabin hospital as the starting point,this paper discusses the theoretical basis and role of physical exercise in promoting the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 from three aspects of physiology,psychology and sports medicine by using the methods of expert interview and literature review.The results showed that the proper physical exercise had a good effect on the improvement of respiratory function and the improvement of depression,anxiety,panic and other adverse psychological symptoms.And physical ex⁃ercise also has the effect of improving immunity and promoting the recovery of body function.The active promo⁃tion of the exercise model of the square cabin hospital,the formulation of the physical exercise guidance manual for the patients with mild diseases and the masses,provide a lot of inspirations for the promotion of the develop⁃ment of community sports and home sports,the promotion of the integration of sports and medical care,the guar⁃antee of the development of school sports activities after the new term and the extension of Chinese sports cul⁃ture.
