摘要
作为履行高校教学职能的基本单元,基层教学组织的构建形式对高校的教学质量有着最直接的影响。针对目前地方高校基层教学组织普遍存在的问题,构建了一个融入学科竞赛和OBE(Outcomes-based Education)理念的基层教学组织。该基层教学组织在依托学科竞赛的基础上,将OBE理念融入至课程建设和组织建设中,形成了相对完善的实践教学体系和组织运行保障机制,进而最大限度地激发学生的积极性和教师潜能,这不仅对探索提升基层教学组织活力的有效路径起到积极作用,而且为基层教学组织的可持续性发展提供了保障。
As the basic unit of carrying out teaching function in Colleges and universities,basic teaching or⁃ganizations have the most direct influence on the teaching quality of colleges and universities.In view of the problems existing in the current basic teaching organizations of local colleges and universities,this paper pro⁃poses a new basic teaching organization which integrating discipline competition and OBE(Outcomes based Ed⁃ucation)concept.On the basis of subject competition,this basic teaching organization integrates the OBE con⁃cept into the course construction and organization construction,forming a relatively perfect practical teaching system and organization operation guarantee mechanism,which can maximize the enthusiasm of students and the potential of teachers.It not only plays a positive role in exploring an effective way to enhance the vitality of basic teaching organizations,but also provides a guarantee for the sustainable development of basic teaching or⁃ganizations.
