摘要
为了解“互联网+”背景下应用型本科院校英语教师专业发展状况,采用问卷法和访谈法对应用型本科院校英语教师的基本情况、专业发展认知、教学和研究现状、专业发展提高等四个方面进行了调查。结果显示,应用型本科院校英语教师对基于互联网技术开展教学及科研的认可度较高,但将互联网技术融入英语教学和研究的现状不理想,接近一半的英语教师对自己的专业发展没有规划。可以从三个方面促进教师专业发展:增强自给性动力,主动关注互联网技术发展;找准专业发展结合点,有机对接“互联网+教育”;打造支持性环境,搭建“互联网+教育”平台。
In this study,questionnaire and interview were used to investigate the basic information,profes⁃sional development awareness,the current situation of teaching and research and professional improvement of English teachers in application-oriented universities under the background of“Internet+education”.Findings of investigation showed that teachers had a high recognition on carrying on English teaching and research based on Internet technology while the current situation of integrating Internet technology into English teaching and re⁃search was not satisfying.What’s more,no plan for professional development was made by nearly half of the teachers.Therefore,the following three measures were put forward to promote teachers’professional develop⁃ment:1)Enhancing the internal driving force to pay close attention to the development of Internet technology;2)Finding the focus of professional development to accurately connect“internet+education”;3)Creating support⁃ing environment to build the platform of“Internet+education”.
