高中生物学教学中渗透法制教育探讨 被引量:1

摘要 加强法制教育是构建和谐社会及推行素质教育的需要。高中生物教材中蕴藏着不少的法制知识,教师紧密结合生物学科教学,通过创设法律情境,激发学生兴趣,以问题为载体,逐步渗透法制教育,将法制教育融入生物教学常态化,让学生在获得生物知识的同时增强法制意识并能运用相关法律知识约束和监督自身及他人的行为,最终达到“内化”的效果。 Strengthening legal education is the need of building a harmonious society and carrying out quali⁃ty education.There is a lot of legal knowledge in biology textbooks of senior high school.It is a good way to strengthen the cultivation of students legal consciousness by closely combining biology teaching through the cre⁃ation of legal situations.We arouse students interest,take the problem as the carrier,gradually permeate legal education.Biology teachers integrate legal education into the normalization of biological teaching to enable stu⁃dents to acquire biological knowledge while enhancing their awareness of the rule of law and to use relevant le⁃gal knowledge to restrain and supervise their own and other peoples behavior,and finally to achieve the effect of internalization.
