不同栽培方式铁皮石斛多糖含量的对比分析

Difference of Polysaccharide Contents in Dendrobium officinale from different cultivation

目的分析不同栽培方式铁皮石斛中多糖含量。方法分别采集高、中、低海拔的大棚种植、附石种植和附板栗树、木荷树和青杠树栽培的铁皮石斛,参照2015版《中国药典》,采用苯酚-硫酸法,在488 nm处测定铁皮石斛中的多糖含量。结果铁皮石斛多糖含量受海拔因素影响显著,低海拔铁皮石斛样品多糖含量显著高于中、高海拔样品;不同栽培方式铁皮石斛多糖含量依次为大棚>附树>附石。结论栽培条件对铁皮石斛多糖含量的影响主要体现在海拔因素。

Objective To analyze the polysaccharide contents in Dendrobium officinale from different cultivation.Methods According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015),the contents of polysaccharide in Dendrobium officinale from different altitude and cultivation were determined at 488 nm by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Results The polysaccharide content in Dendrobium officinale was significantly affected by altitude factors.The polysaccharide content in Dendrobium officinale was significantly higher than that of medium and high altitude samples and its content from different cultivation was as follows:greenhouse>attached tree>attached stone.Conclusion Altitude factor is the key cultivation conditions on the polysaccharide content in Dendrobium officinale.
