摘要
转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)为多肽生长因子,具有多种生物学活性。近年研究表明,这一生长因子及其受体广泛分布于哺乳动物睾丸体细胞和生殖细胞中,包括支持细胞、睾丸间质细胞、管周肌样细胞以及精原细胞,TGF-β1通过对各种细胞的作用调节睾丸形成及精子发生。本文综述了TGF-β1调控哺乳动物睾丸发生过程中的研究进展。
Transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)is a polypeptide growth factor with many biological activities.Recent studies have shown that this growth factor and its receptor are widely distributed in Somatic cells and germ cells of mammalian testes,including Sertoli cells,Leydig cells,peritubular myoid cells and spermatogonia.TGF-β1 regulates the formation of testis and spermatogenesis through its effect on various cells.This paper reviewed the research progress of TGF-β1 in the regulation of mammalian testis.
