摘要
数据跟随控制流程进行变换,是复杂工程的特点也是其难点所在。对复杂工程的数据变换进行研究分析之后,提出利用数据块进行数据初始地址的赋值,利用地址指针进行数据物理地址的寻址,利用MCGS进行数据的输入等方法,实现了数据的读取、输入功能,并将读取后的数据传送到计数器、定时器等元器件来配合工程运行。同时,提出在结果输出部分进行控制的改进编程理念,精简了传统顺序功能图的编排,从而降低了编程的复杂度和重复性,使代码更短、运行效率更高、稳定性更好。并用仿真软件和实物进行了验证,证明了结果的可行性和具有的实践应用价值。
Data follow the control process to transform,is the characteristics of complex engineering and its difficulties.After researching and analyzing the data transformation of complex engineering,it is proposed that the initial address of data be assigned by data block,the physical address of data be addressed by address pointer,and the data be input by MCGS.The functions of reading and inputting data are realized,and the read data are transmitted to the counter.Timer and other components to cooperate with the project operation.At the same time,the improved programming idea of controlling the output part of the result is put forward,which simplifies the arrangement of traditional sequential function diagram,reduces the complexity and repeatability of programming,and makes the code shorter,the running efficiency higher and the stability better.The results are verified by simulation software and real objects,which proves the feasibility and practical application value of the results.
