摘要
为促进青年学生的成长成才,对大学生心理健康教育课程的教育现状进行了分析,并在自我决定理论视角下,提出了通过引导学生挖掘课程的实际意义、创设自主选择空间、提升任务完成的胜任感、构建和谐的人际氛围,进而提高学生学习内部动机的改革方案。
In order to promote the growth and success of young students,an analysis of the current state of education of mental health education courses for university students has been carried out,and from the perspective of self-determination theory,a reform plan has been proposed to improve students’internal motivation to study by guiding them to uncover the actual meaning of the courses,creating a space for independent choice,enhancing their sense of competence in task completion,and building a harmonious interpersonal atmosphere.
