摘要 为了明确高职高专院校线上线下混合式教学模式的改革路径,需要对教育思想进行调整,打破传统教育中以教师为主体、学生为客体的固有教学模式。要逐渐向着激发学生主观能动性的方向转变。线上线下混合式教学模式的改革与实践要从改革教学形式开始,从课前阶段、课中阶段和课后阶段进行分析,明确不同阶段的教学任务。课前阶段,教师需对网络资源进行学习、筛选,并根据学生情况及课程重难点等情况对相关视频进行适当剪辑和注释。在课中阶段,要以教师为引导者,让学生充分发挥对所学知识的认识和理解,并在此基础上形成将理论联系实际的应用能力。在课后阶段,要从课后作业的形式和内容两方面来了解学生对知识的理解程度,巩固基础知识。需要对教师进行一系列的培训,改变其传统的教学思想,激发教师的新生能力。线上线下混合教学模式更有利于高职高专院校的学生开展研讨式学习,能够深化他们对知识的认知并提高实践能力。 In order to clarify the reform path of the online and offline hybrid teaching mode of high school institutions,it is necessary to adjust the educational thinking,break the inherent teaching mode of teacher as the main subject and student as the object,and change the direction of stimulating students’subjective motivation.The reform and practice of the online and offline hybrid teaching mode should start with the reform of the teaching form,analyze the teaching tasks at different stages from the pre-course stage,the mid-course stage and the post-course stage.In the pre-session stage,teachers are required to study and screen the online resources,and make appropriate editing and annotations for the relevant videos according to the students’situation and the course highlights.In the middle stage,teachers guide students to give full play to their knowledge and understanding of what they have learned,and improve their ability to apply the theory to practice.In the after-school stage,it is necessary to understand the level of students’understanding of knowledge in terms of both the form and content of after-school assignments to consolidate basic knowledge.There is a need for a series of training for teachers to change their traditional pedagogical mindset and motivate them.The online and offline blended teaching model is more conducive to seminar-style learning for students of higher education institutions,which can deepen their knowledge and improve their practical abilities.
