摘要
为了提高高职高专院校在线教学督导质量,对督导实践路径进行分析。应注重教学督导的积极引导作用,完善在线教学督导工作评价系统,引入专家组评价、学生评价、教师自我评价,将在线教学督导工作评价与教师的职业发展相关连。
In order to improve the quality of online teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges,the practice path of supervision is analyzed.Attention should be paid to the positive guiding role of teaching supervision,to improve the online teaching supervision work evaluation system,to introduce expert group evaluation,student evaluation,and teacher self-evaluation,and to connect online teaching supervision work evaluation with the professional development of teachers.
