Exploring the Way to Improve the Qualifications of Teachers’National Qualification Examinations in Normal Colleges

新教师资格证考试制度的实施使师范类学生的教师资格证从“毕业即有”变成“考过才有”,考试内容增多、难度增加等都面临新的挑战。从师范生参加教师资格考试的现状和存在的问题出发,探讨如何提高学生的教师职业能力,从而提高教师资格证的通过率。

The implementation of the new teacher qualification examination system has changed the teacher qualifications of normal students from“once you graduate”to“only after you have passed the examination”.The increase in examination content and the increase in difficulty are facing new challenges.Starting from the status quo and existing problems of normal school students participating in the teacher qualification examination,it is discussed how to improve the professional ability of students,so as to improve the passing rate of teacher qualification certificates.
