摘要
从人力资源开发视角出发,提出加强医院人事档案管理的重要意义。分析了医院人事档案管理的策略:医院应当引入人力资源开发,革新档案管理理念,完善信息管理系统,实现档案动态管理,加强档案资源利用,促进人力资源开发,培育档案管理文化,优化医院管理环境,培养档案管理队伍,提高人力资源素质,以促进医院的有序运行。
From the perspective of human resource development,the importance of strengthening hospital personnel file management is proposed,and the strategy of hospital personnel file management is analyzed.Hospitals should introduce human resource development and innovate the concept of file management;improve the information management system and achieve dynamic file management;strengthen the use of file resources and promote human resource development;cultivate file management culture and optimize the hospital management environment;Cultivate the file management team and improve the quality of human resources.
