摘要 为了实现黑龙江省中俄群众体育品牌赛事的推广,对培育黑龙江省中俄群众体育品牌赛事的优势进行了介绍,并从政策、经济、民俗文化这三方面对黑龙江省中俄群众体育品牌赛事的培育路径及发展战略进行了简要分析:坚持以政策风向为导向的发展战略,借重特色民俗、特色文化来打造出具有群众体育特色的经济新形式,以民俗、文化为基础打造中俄群众体育赛事品牌。要依靠政府支持来获得政策扶助,为体育品牌赛事的培养寻求和谐、实在的借重力量和有力的政策支持。可借重群众经济共同体和体育经济的大众化来向群众分享体育经济,可建立参与负担小、操作灵活的群众体育经济。举办汽车自驾游集结赛,满足群众对汽车驾驶的喜好,凸显出体育品牌的价值,使车队及参赛选手成为传播中俄友谊的流动载体。寻求中俄群众体育品牌赛事的培育路径能够丰富中俄人民的文化生活,增添群众体育品牌赛事的活力,促进民族间交流。 In order to promote the promotion of Sino-Russian mass sports brand events in Heilongjiang Province,the advantages of cultivating Chinese and Russian mass sports brand events in Heilongjiang Province are introduced.A brief analysis of the cultivation path and development strategy of the event:Adhere to the development strategy oriented by the policy direction,build a new economic form with mass sports characteristics by using characteristic folk customs and culture,and build Chinese and Russian masses based on folk customs and culture Sports event brand.It is necessary to rely on government support to obtain policy assistance and seek harmonious and substantial borrowing power and strong policy support for the cultivation of sports brand events.The sports economy can be shared with the masses by emphasizing the popularization of the mass economic community and the sports economy,and a mass sports economy with little participation burden and flexible operation can be established.Holding a self-driving car rally to meet people’s preferences for car driving,highlight the value of sports brands,and make the team and contestants a mobile carrier for spreading Sino-Russian friendship.Seeking the cultivation path of the Chinese and Russian mass sports brand events can enrich the cultural life of the Chinese and Russian people,increase the vitality of the mass sports brand events,and promote inter-ethnic exchanges.
