The Observation and Reflection of the Construction of International Communities from the Perspective of“Three Communities”——Take the Yincheng Dongyuan International Community in Nanjing as an Example

通过对南京市银城东苑国际社区在三大主体联动下实现外籍人士与本地多元融合的建设过程分析,剖析在建设国际社区过程中的治理困境及其解决方式,并从社会结构、文化层次、政治层面对银城东苑国际社区的治理效果展开讨论。加强外籍人士对本社区的认同感和参与度,促进本地居民与外国居民的融合。

This article analyzes the construction process of the integration of foreigners and locals under the linkage of the three main bodies in the Dongcheng International Community of Yincheng,Nanjing City.It analyzes the governance dilemma and solutions in the process of building an international community.At the cultural and political level,the governance effect of the Yincheng Dongyuan International Community will be discussed to strengthen the identity and participation of foreigners in the community and promote the integration of local residents and foreign residents.
