摘要
为改善城市生活环境、减少环卫作业人员的工作强度,提高工作效率,通过实地考察、测量等方式,对垃圾箱整体尺寸大小进行测量,设计了垃圾箱清洗自行车装置。分析了装置在工作时的受力情况,保证了装置设计的可行性和使用寿命的长久性。本设计是将清洗装置安装在环卫车正前端,以环卫车作为动力源,利用齿轮齿条传动的方法,通过人力转动手柄,从而驱动齿轮,使其沿着槽钢内齿条的方向传动,带动刷架、毛刷上下运动,实现垃圾箱清洗过程。通过加装棘轮来锁止齿轮,防止在下落时直接齿轮排掉到地上。本设计降低了作业人员的工作强度,提高了工作效率,节约了资源,实现了人机一体化过程。
Through field surveys and measurements,the size of the trash can is measured,and a bicycle cleaning device for the trash can is designed.The stress of the device at work is analyzed to ensure the feasibility of the device design and the longevity of the service life.In this design,the cleaning device is installed at the front end of the sanitation vehicle,and the sanitation vehicle is used as the power source.The gear is driven by the manual rotation of the handle to drive it along the direction of the internal rack of the channel steel,and the brush holder and the brush are moved up and down to clean the trash.The gear is locked by adding a ratchet to prevent the gear row from falling off when falling.This design reduces the work intensity of the operator,improves work efficiency,saves resources,and realizes the integration of man and machine.
