Treatment of Clavicle Fracture and Internal Fixation Technique

探讨锁骨骨折的治疗方法及内固定技术。选取2019年6月—2020年2月定西市安定区第二人民医院治疗的100例锁骨骨折患者,根据随机数字法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各50例。实验组采用重建钢板内固定方法,对照组采用常规手术治疗方法。结果显示,实验组中显效占66.00%,有效占32.00%,无效占2.00%;对照组中显效占46.00%,有效占36.00%,无效占18.00%。两组差别较大(P<0.05)。实验组的愈合时间(93.12±1.52)d,小于对照组(108.23±1.65)d,差别较大(P<0.05)。对照组的并发症发生率(10.00%)高于实验组(2.00%),两组差别较大(P<0.05)。实验组的躯体功能为(91.56±1.52),比对照组(79.32±1.55)高(P<0.05)。实验组的社会功能为(92.31±1.88),比对照组(78.28±1.97)高(P<0.05)。实验组的心理功能为(93.13±1.19),比对照组(80.22±1.75)高(P<0.05)。实验组的情感功能为(90.66±1.29),比对照组(81.38±1.58)高(P<0.05)。实验组的角色功能为(91.85±1.28),比对照组(80.37±1.55)高(P<0.05)。在锁骨骨折患者中采用重建钢板内固定的方法,可提高锁骨骨折患者的治疗效果,促进患者骨折的愈合,减少并发症的发生率,具有重要的临床价值。

This article discusses the treatment methods and internal fixation techniques for clavicle fractures.A total of 100 patients with clavicle fractures treated by the Second People’s Hospital of Anding District,Dingxi City were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group according to random number method,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted the reconstruction plate internal fixation method,and the control group used conventional surgical treatment.The results show that in the experimental group,marked effect accounts for 66.00%,effective accounts for 32.00%,and invalid accounts for 2.00%;in the control group,marked effect accounts for 46.00%,effective accounts for 36.00%,and invalid accounts for 18.00%.The difference between the two groups is large(P<0.05).The healing time of the experimental group(93.12±1.52)d was less than that of the control group(108.23±1.65)d,and the difference was large(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group(10.00%)was higher than that in the experimental group(2.00%),and the difference between the two groups was large(P<0.05).The body function of the experimental group was(91.56±1.52),which was higher than that of the control group(79.32±1.55)(P<0.05).The social function of the experimental group was(92.31±1.88),which was higher than that of the control group(78.28±1.97)(P<0.05).The psychological function of the experimental group was(93.13±1.19),which was higher than that of the control group(80.22±1.75)(P<0.05).The emotional function of the experimental group was(90.66±1.29),which was higher than that of the control group(81.38±1.58)(P<0.05).The role function of the experimental group was(91.85±1.28),which was higher than that of the control group(80.37±1.55)(P<0.05).In patients with clavicle fractures,the use of reconstruction plate internal fixation can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with clavicle fractures,promote the healing of patients with fractures,and reduce the incidence of complications.
