血液采集中的护理干预作用

The effect of Nursing Intervention in Blood Collection

探讨血站血液采集中的护理干预作用。选取2019年2月—2020年1月来定西市红十字中心血站的无偿献血者100例,根据随机数字法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组50例。实验组采用综合护理,对照组采用常规护理。结果表明,实验组中非常满意33例,满意15例,不满意2例;对照组中非常满意24例,满意18例,不满意8例。两组差别较大(P<0.05)。实验组中有2例出现轻度反应,有1例出现中度反应,无出现重度反应者;对照组中有10例出现轻度反应,有8例出现中度反应,有5例出现重度反应。两组差别较大(P<0.05)。实验组中有2例无偿献血者在采血过程中感到疼痛,对照组中有8例无偿献血者在采血过程中感到疼痛,两组差别较大(P<0.05)。实验组中有1例无偿献血者的血液报废,对照组中有6例无偿献血者的血液报废,两组差别较大(P<0.05)。在医院血站的血液采集过程中采用综合护理,可提高无偿献血者的满意率,减少不良反应发生率,具有重要的临床价值。

This article discusses the role of nursing intervention in blood collection at blood stations.A total of 100 unpaid blood donors from Dingxi Red Cross Central Blood Station were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number method,50 cases in each group.The experimental group received comprehensive nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The results showed that 33 patients in the experimental group were very satisfied,15 were satisfied,and 2 were dissatisfied;in the control group,24 were very satisfied,18 were satisfied,and 8 were dissatisfied.The difference between the two groups is large(P<0.05).There were 2 cases of mild reaction in the experimental group,1 case of moderate reaction,and no severe reaction;10 cases of mild reaction in the control group,8 cases of moderate reaction,and 5 cases of severe reaction.The difference between the two groups is large(P<0.05).In the experimental group,2 unpaid blood donors felt pain during blood collection,and in the control group,8 unpaid blood donors felt pain during blood collection.There was a big difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The blood of 1 unpaid blood donor in the experimental group was scrapped,and the blood of 6 unpaid blood donors in the control group was scrapped.The use of comprehensive care in the blood collection process of hospital blood stations can increase the satisfaction rate of unpaid blood donors and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which has important clinical value.
