摘要
为实现电气自动化控制设备的故障预防与检修技术的创新,对其预防与检修技术存在的问题进行了分析,如故障范围检查水平较差,控制电路动作程序的设置缺乏合理性,仪表装置的应用科学性不足。提出了合理的优化策略:提高故障范围检查质量,提高电路动作程序的设置合理性,提升仪表装置的应用科学性,对设备进行分级预防和管理,加强对设备预防管理的监控,加强管理维护工作,以期为后续的设备保养维护起到充分的促进作用,避免因故障而导致生产效率低下。
In order to realize the innovation of fault prevention and repair technology of electrical automation control equipment,the problems of its prevention and repair technology are analyzed,such as the poor level of fault range inspection,the lack of rational setting of control circuit action program,and the lack of scientific application of the instrumentation device.A reasonable optimization strategy is proposed:to improve the quality of fault range inspection,improve the rational setting of circuit operation procedures,improve the scientific application of instrumentation devices,grade prevention and management of equipment,strengthen the monitoring of equipment prevention and management,strengthen the management and maintenance work,in order to fully promote the subsequent maintenance of equipment,so as to avoid low production efficiency due to failure.
