摘要
随着工业制剂、化学用品等多种材料的使用,食品安全问题日益凸显,仪器分析法成为推进食品安全检测工作的重要途径和方法。探究仪器分析法在食品检测中的应用,针对食物的检测类别要选择不同的仪器检测方式,加强多部门联动,共同推进食品安全检测工作。技术分类有电化学分析法、光学分析法、色谱分析法、质谱分析法等。
With the use of industrial agents,chemicals and other materials,food safety issues are becoming more and more prominent,instrumentation analysis method has become an important way to promote food safety inspection work and methods.To explore the application of instrument analysis in food testing,different instruments should be selected for food testing categories,to strengthen the multi-sectoral joint efforts to promote food safety testing work.The technical categories are electrochemical analysis,optical analysis,chromatography,mass spectrometry,etc.
