摘要
为有效提升药品质量的管理效果,分析了药品流通环节中存在的风险,包括采购环节风险、药品验收环节风险、药品储存环节风险、药品销售环节风险。提出了药品流通环节质量管理的有效措施:应加强药品管理的标准化,建立药品物流信息平台,加强对药品流通的安全管控,对各个环节的监督机制予以合理优化,扩大药品抽检范围。
In order to effectively improve the management effect of the quality of medicines,the risks in the circulation of medicines are analyzed,including the risks of procurement,risks of medicine acceptance,risks of medicine storage and risks of medicine sales.It puts forward effective measures for quality management of drug circulation:it should strengthen the standardization of drug management,establish a drug logistics information platform,strengthen the safety control of drug circulation,rationally optimize the supervision mechanism of each link,and expand the scope of drug sampling.
