石化园区封闭管理探究

Exploration of Petrochemical Park Closure Management

为强化石化园区的安全管理工作,实现对外来车辆、人员的有效监控,保证石化园区安全生产环境,分析了石化园区封闭管理面临的挑战,提出了石化园封闭管理规划建设的原则以及封闭管理系统的功能定位策略。

In order to strengthen the safety management of the petrochemical park,realize the effective monitoring of foreign vehicles and personnel,and ensure the safe production environment of the petrochemical park,the challenges faced by the closed management of the petrochemical park are analyzed,and the principles of closed management planning and construction of the petrochemical park and the functional positioning strategy of the closed management system are proposed.
