为了使航天企业的外事管理工作能够实现转型,现根据多年的外事管理工作实践总结形成了一套较为完善、系统的航天企业外事管理工作新模式。可从规章制度指向的清晰化、工作流程操作的精细化、知识管理分享的普及化这三方面来进行航天企业外事管理工作的转型,以便更好地服务于航天科研生产,支撑国际化业务发展,为加快航天强国建设贡献力量。
