路面激励对矿用货车驱动桥壳动态强度特性的影响

摘要 针对某矿用货车驱动桥壳在实际使用过程中出现的大量失效问题,考虑矿山路面表面凹坑和凸块冲击的影响,构建基于正弦函数的矿山凹凸路面冲击力模型。运用有限元软件ANSYS建立驱动桥壳有限元模型,分析不同安全系数下桥壳的静强度特性,并基于显示动力学软件LS-DYNA对不同路面激励下桥壳的动态特性进行仿真分析,获得动态应力,研究不同路面不平度和不同车速工况下驱动桥壳的动强度,并对桥壳的结构进行优化。研究表明:在路面动载荷作用下,驱动桥壳产生的应力远大于静强度分析获得的应力,建议设计驱动桥壳时,应充分考虑实际工况的动态载荷对桥壳动强度的影响。该研究可为驱动桥壳的动态结构强度设计提供借鉴。 A lot of failures occur in the dive axle housing of a mining truck during the working processing when an enough safety factor is considered.Considering the impact of the pits and bumps of mine pavement,the impact model of mine bump pavement is established based on the sine function.To overcome this problem,the finite element software ANSYS is used to establish the finite element model for the drive axle housing to analyze the static strength characteristics of the housing under different safety factors.Based on the display dynamics software LS-DYNA,the dynamic characteristics of the housing are simulated and analyzed under the different road excitation to obtain the dynamic stress,so that the unevenness of different pavements and the dynamic strength of the drive axle housing under different speed conditions are studied,and the structure of the housing is optimized.The research shows that under the action of the moving load of the pavement,the stress caused by the drive axle housing is much greater than the stress obtained by the static strength analysis.It is suggested that when designing the drive axle housing,the influence of dynamic load on the dynamic strength of the housing should be fully considered.This study can provide reference for the dynamic structural strength design of the drive axle housing.
