沥青基碳纤维改性沥青老化性能影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究沥青基碳纤维改性沥青的老化性能影响因素,运用正交试验设计法,在控制沥青基碳纤维的质量分数和搅拌时间的条件下,测定老化试验前后碳纤维改性沥青的软化点、针入度、延度、黏度等数据,计算相关老化性能指标,并通过数理统计分析方法确定其最佳老化性能配比。试验结果表明:沥青基碳纤维能够提高改性沥青的抗老化性,其质量分数和搅拌时间对改性沥青的老化性能有很大影响,沥青混合料中沥青基碳纤维的质量分数为1%,搅拌60 min制备得到的碳纤维改性沥青抗老化性能较为优良。 In order to study the factors affecting the aging performance of pitch-based carbon fiber modified asphalt,the design method of the orthogonal test is used.Under the conditions of controlling the quality fraction and stirring time of pitch-based carbon fiber,the data like softening point,penetration,ductility and viscosity of carbon fiber modified asphalt before and after the aging test are measured to calculate the relevant aging performance indexes and determine the optimumaging property by the analysis method of mathematical statistics.The test results show that pitch-based carbon fiber can improve the aging resistance of modified asphalt,its quality fraction and stirring time have a great influence on the aging performance of modified asphalt,the quality fraction of pitch-based carbon fiber in asphalt mixture is 1%,and the anti-aging performance of carbon fiber modified asphalt obtained by stirring 60 min is better.
