摘要
为了提高棉纺环锭细纱机集落升降系统滚珠丝杆副的稳定性,介绍滚珠丝杠副的结构、连接及运动关系,探讨其传动刚度引起的弹性变位量的计算方法,以1200锭TH598型自动落纱棉纺环锭细纱机为例,通过理论计算及Matlab对滚珠丝杠进行轴向及扭转刚度分析,得出滚珠丝杠运转到不同位置时的轴向力学特性曲线及弹性变位量曲线.指出:滚珠丝杠副的可靠性直接影响棉纺环锭细纱机集落升降系统的稳定性;通过Matlab仿真分析,可为棉纺环锭细纱机集落升降滚珠丝杠副的结构设计、选型及定位精度优化提供重要依据,以适应产品要求.
In order to improve the stability of the ball screw pair in the collective doffing lifting system of the cotton ring spinning frame,the structure,connection and motion relationship of ball screw pair are introduced,and the calculation method of the elastic displacement caused by the transmission rigidity of the ball screw pair is discussed.Take the automatic doffing cotton ring spinning frame TH598 with 1200 spindles as an example,axial and torsional rigidity of ball screw are analyzed by theoretical calculation and Matlab,the axial mechanical characteristic curve and elastic displacement curve of ball screw running to different positions are obtained.It is pointed out that the reliability of the ball screw pair directly affects the stability of the collec-tive doffing lifting system of the cotton ring spinning frame.Through the simulation analysis of Matlab,which can provide important basis for the structure design,selection and positioning ac-curacy optimization of the ball screw pair of the collective doffing lifting system of the cotton ring spinning frame,so as to meet the product requirements.
