摘要
为了用好清梳联生产线、减少成纱棉结数量,介绍梳理机用金属针布的特点及功能,通过跟踪赛络纺C 36.4 tex纱、CJ 14.5 tex纱和半精C 18.2 tex纱工艺优化、更新或磨砺金属针布试纺成纱指标并进行对比分析,阐述加强金属针布管理的措施.指出:梳理机上金属针布状态是影响成纱棉结数量的首要因素;加强梳理机上金属针布管理并周期性磨砺或更新,设计合理的梳理工艺,是降低成纱棉结数量的有效途径.
In order to make good use of blowing-carding unit production line and reduce yarn neps,the characteristics and functions of MCC for carding machine are introduced,the trial yarn indexes of siro spinning yarn C 36.4 tex,yarn CJ 14.5 tex and semi-worsted yarn C 18.2 tex of process optimization,renewal or grinding of MCC are compared and analyzed.The measures to strengthen the management of MCC are described.It shows that the status of MCC for carding machine is the primary factor affecting the number of yarn neps.It is an effective way to reduce the number of yarn neps by strengthening the management of MCC for carding machine,peri-odically grinding or renewing,and designing a reasonable carding process.
