浅谈TPM设备管理在纺织设备管理中的应用

Application of the TPM Equipment Management in Textile Equipment Management

为了提高纺织设备综合利用效率,介绍TPM设备管理的定义;从认知、寻找、消灭设备管理中的浪费,校正完善设备管理标准,确定合理保全策略,细化保全分工,以及小组自主保全等方面探讨TPM设备管理在纺织设备管理中的具体应用;以实例介绍设备维修技术标准、点检标准、润滑标准和维修作业标准,并从减少设备故障次数、降低机物料消耗及库存、修复设备微小缺陷方面分析实施TPM设备管理的效果。指出:TPM设备管理以达到设备综合利用效率为目标,通过推行TPM设备管理,可发现并解决浪费点,减少设备故障,降低机物料消耗;应持续完善设备管理标准和设备科学管理水平。

In order to improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of textile equipments,the definition of the TPM equipment management is introduced,the specific application of the TPM equipment management in textile equipment management is discussed from recognizing,finding and eliminating waste in equipment management,correcting and improving standards of equipment management,determining reasonable maintenance strategies,refining the division of labor for maintenance,and autonomous maintenance within a group.The standards of equipment maintenance technology,spot check,lubrication and maintenance operation with examples are introduced,and the effect of implementation the TPM equipment management are analysed from reducing the times of equipment failures and the consumption and inventory of machinery and materials,and repairing the micro defects of equipments.It is pointed out that the TPM equipment management aims to achieve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of equipments.Through the implementation of the TPM equipment management,we can find and solve waste points,reduce the equipment failures and machine and material consumption,and constantly improve the standards of equipment management,improve the level of equipment management.
