摘要
针对产教融合过程中校企协同不深入、实训室不能很好满足企业岗位技能培养需要、课程建设脱离企业需求等问题,运用校企协同"沉浸式"育人模式实现了专业发展与产业需求相对接、实训室和体验中心的建设与企业岗位需求对接、课程建设与企业项目对接、教学方式的改革与能力培养对接,并通过一系列制度进行保障。该模式在本院电子信息类专业进行了实践,表明其有利于学生的职业素养和技能培养。
In the practice of industry-education integration,the problems that the collaboration between schools and enterprises is shallow,the training rooms do not meet the needs of job skill training,and the course construction does not match the enterprise demands are common.Aiming at these problems,we propose a school-enterprise collaboration based immersive educational pattern,which matches the professional development with the industrial demands,the training and experience center construction with the company's needs,the course construction with the enterprise project,and the teaching reform with students'ability training through a series of systems.This pattern has been applied to our college's electronic and information major,and the effect shows that it is beneficial for the development of students'professional qualities and skills.
