着眼于未来发展,加拿大理工学院秉持学历教育与职业培训并举,倡导技能提升行动,深度产教融合,创新职业培训,关注弱势群体职业技能发展。加拿大政府与企业大力支持与激励职工再提升,促进就业与创业,驱动经济可持续发展。借鉴加拿大的经验,我国职业院校需要广泛开展职业培训,增强服务意识,加强面向重点人群的就业创业培训,深化校企合作,健全职业培训的支持政策,切实提高服务能力。

With a view to future development,Canada Polytechnics adheres to the development of both academic education and vocational training,actively advocates skill promoting,highlights the cooperative development of school-enterprise courses,innovates vocational training methods,and helps vulnerable groups develop vocational skills.Canadian government and enterprises strongly support and encourage employees to receive retraining,so that training can drive employment and entrepreneurship,and drive economic development.Based on the experience of Canada,vocational colleges in China need to carry out extensive vocational training,enhance service awareness,strengthen employment and entrepreneurship training for key groups,deepen the curriculum development of school enterprise cooperation,improve the supporting and encouraging policies for vocational training before promoting their service capacity effectively.
