摘要
我国智能交通创新发展的不同阶段,智能交通创新主体不断变化。从专利申请数量的变化来看,目前大致经历了四个阶段,在初始阶段创新主体主要为个人,专利申请比较分散;在低速增长阶段,高校和企业共同成为创新主体,专利申请开始集中;在高速增长阶段,企业成为主要的创新主体,专利申请非常集中;在融合发展阶段,高校又成为创新主体,专利申请开始分散,技术融合成为这一时期的主要趋势。从论文发表数量来看,可以分为三个阶段。根据我国智能交通创新不同创新主体的不同作用机制和特点,政府应适当进行政策支持。
This article analyzes the developmental stages and characteristics of intelligent transportation innovation in China by analyzing changes in the main body of innovation in intelligent transportation patent applications.It is argued that the innovation process of intelligent transportation has gone through four stages so far.In the initial stage,the main subject of innovation was individuals,and patent applications were scattered.In the low-speed growth stage,universities and enterprises jointly became the main body of innovation,and patent applications started to concentrate.In the high-speed growth stage,enterprises became the main subject of innovation,and patent applications were very concentrated.At the stage of integration and development,universities became the main body of innovation,patent applications begun to diversify,and technology convergence became the main trend in this period.Finally,this paper summarizes the innovation process of intelligent transportation in China,and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
