摘要
某急冷油稀释蒸汽发生器发生泄漏,为查找该设备泄漏原因,现对其中的换热管开展服役状态评估。利用分析检测设备对换热管材质的化学成分、显微结构、金相组织、显微硬度等项目进行研究,此外还分析检测了蒸汽凝液、垢物组分及换热管渗透情况。结果表明:未发现换热管有穿透性失效,所发生的腐蚀减薄失效主要是由于壳程中工艺水作用而引起的。
To seek causes of the leakage on dilution steam generator for quench oil,operating state of the heat exchange tube is studied.Detection and analysis on chemical composition,microstructure,microhardness of the heat exchange tube were done by equipment.Steam condensation,components of the scale and osmotic treatment were also done.The results showed that penetrating failure has not been found on the tube,and the process water in the shell side is the main reason that causes the corrosion thickness-decreasing failure,and source of stress and corrosion is due to the bad welding quality.
